Answer:
Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 12 noon. -
Question: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Answer:
The hotel is entirely non smoking. -
Question: How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
Answer:
Complimentary high speed Ethernet is available in the guestrooms. Complimentary wireless is available throughout the hotel. -
Question: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Answer:
The fitness center includes cardio vascular machines and free weights. The fitness center is open 24 hours. -
Question: Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Answer:
Room service hours are as follows: breakfast is delivered from 6 AM to 10:30 AM and dinner is delivered from 5 PM to 10:30 PM. -
Question: Do you have a business center?
Answer:
The business center is located in the lobby behind the front desk. -

The hotel does not have a pool. -

Answer:
The cross streets are 16th St. and O St. NW. -
Question: Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Answer:
Yes, valet parking is available on property. It is 24 hours with in-and-out privileges. It is not included in the room rate. Overnight parking costs $36 plus tax ($60 for oversized vehicles) and day parking costs $20 plus tax. Eco-Friendly vehicles get a 50% discount. [Top]

Reservations

Question: Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer:
Yes, however, not all rooms allow rollaways as defined by the fire code. The extra charge is $20 per night for a rollaway. -
Question: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer:
If you made a reservation using a non Kimpton website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation. -
Question: What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Answer:
The minimum age requirement to check into the hotel is 18 years old. A 16 year old may check into the hotel with written permission from the parent or legal guardian accepting full responsibility for all room charges, incidentals and any other fees -
Question: What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer:
Reservations booked at the Best Available Rate have a 24 hour cancellation policy or 6 PM the day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. For all other reservations please check with the booking provider for details on the cancellation/deposit policies. -
Question: Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Answer:
A valid government issued photo ID is required at the time of check in. -
Question: What age do kids stay for free?
Answer:
Children under the age of 17 stay for free. -
Question: Do you have connecting rooms?
Answer:
The hotel has connecting rooms (the king guestroom connects to a guestroom with two queen beds). -
Question: Do you have ADA rooms?
Answer:
The hotel has ADA rooms with one king bed. Some ADA rooms have a tub and others a roll in shower. Please specify any special requests at the time of booking or during check in so that we may make your stay more comfortable. -
Question: Do you have an early departure fee?
Answer:

Hotel Rouge is pet friendly and there are no pet restrictions. However, we request that during check in a pet form is completed and that the pet is caged or out of the room during housekeeping service. -

Answer:
Guests may request a pet free room. -
Question: Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
Answer:
Guests may request pet services including but not limited to pet sitting, dog walking, and pet spa services by contacting the front desk. -
